We have been fortunate to have temperatures stay above freezing. This has allowed the bricklayers to put up the block walls for the mechanical room. They will be pouring the concrete in the room soon and start work on the roof. They also had the opportunity to put up the steel beams which will support the enclosure along the back of the building addition. They will now prep the foundation for the pool enclosure as work will commence in February. Once enclosure is complete, mechanical and sprinkler work will commence in the pool area. We are hoping to complete this by end of March but only if weather cooperates for the next 8-10 weeks.
